High-vacuum annealing and brazing impose precise demands on the purity and cleanliness of the furnace, temperature uniformity, and on the capability of achieving rapid cooling.

Depending on the operating conditions and the products to be processed, metallic hot-zones and charge carriers made of molybdenum and tungsten are used.

  • Vacuum brazing for applications in aerospace (brazing repair of turbine blades, brazing of honeycombs)
  • Outgassing and clean annealing in electronics and medical technology
  • Production of vacuum switches for power engineering
  • Laboratory, production, and special furnaces in development departments and materials research

We supply the following:

  • Development, design, and manufacture of complete hot zones for vacuum furnaces
  • Replacement, rebuilding, and upgrading of hot zones of existing vacuum furnaces (also replacing graphite hot zones with metallic hot zones)
  • Heating elements, charge carriers, and furnace boats for pusher furnaces
  • Component manufacturing (heating elements, radiation shields, charge carriers, and accessories)
  • Spare parts and semi-finished products (plates, sheets, wires, rods, and fasteners)
  • T&D supplies molybdenum and tungsten trays/boats for vacuum PM and MIM. The material can be Pure Molybdenum, Lan-Molybdenum, TZM Molybdenum and Pure Tungsten
  • We recommend you choose Lanthanum-Molybdenum or TZM Moly material folded design trays/boats. They can be long time used under 1700 C degree. Please review the attached boat sketch.
  • We also can supply the plates and trays with holes meeting your requirements. Moly and Tungsten spacers are available. Custom spacer designs are available.

The normal thickness is 0.100”, 0.125”, 0.15”, 0.200”. Trays/boats are available in any width, height, and length.

1: Pure Moly, TZM Moly, MLR Moly, and Ta Sheet and Plate (fully annealed).

  • We can supply sheets that are 24” wide x 120” long with a thickness of 0.005” and up. Our Mo sheets meet ASTM B386 standards.

2: Pure Moly, TZM Moly, and MLR Moly Rod and Wire (fully annealed, cleaned) As Per ASTM B387.

3: Pure Tungsten Rod (Deep Forged, Cleaned)

4: Threaded Moly Rods and Hex Nuts

5: Tungsten Sheets and Plates

6: Besides supplying sheets, rods, and wire, we also fabricate Mo/W/Ta parts according to your technical drawings including hot zones, heat shields, molybdenum retorts, grid elements, sintering boats, charge carriers, shelves, hangers, and heating elements.
