Tungsten Carbide for Ball-Point Pens
Tungsten carbide is used in ballpoint pens for its exceptional durability, hardness, and wear resistance. The pen’s ball tip, typically made of tungsten carbide, maintains a consistent and precise writing point over time, ensuring smooth and reliable writing. This material’s resistance to abrasion and chemical inertness contributes to the pen’s longevity, offering users a durable and enduring writing tool.
