Tungsten Carbide Balls
Tungsten carbide balls are ultra-hard spheres crafted from a tungsten-carbon composite. Renowned for their durability, resistance to wear, high melting point, and robust characteristics, tungsten carbide balls are favored in diverse industrial applications for their reliability under challenging conditions.
T&D manufactures tungsten carbide balls and titanium carbide balls ranging from 0.5mm (0.020”) to 57.15mm (2 1/2”). They can be used for valves, flow meters, ball screws and linear bearings, balling, gauging, and ballpoint pens.
The binder can be cobalt or nickel.
The normal grades are 5, 10, 25, and 100
