T&D utilizes high-quality tungsten wire as the raw material. Through automatic straightening, cleaning, and polishing processes, we can efficiently and rapidly create a vacuum metalizing coil with a high melting point, excellent corrosion resistance, and a long lifespan. This coil is used in the production of semiconductor devices, kinescopes, vacuum furnace heating elements, and other components for vacuum coating methods on surfaces such as mirrors, plastics, metal matrices, and various decorative items. Additionally, we have the capability to twist together steamed wire and tungsten wire.
